Artist Statement
My work starts with personal or shared narrative through the lens of small town America. Working through a range of non traditional mediums including animation and clothing, as well as traditional mediums such as painting and assemblage, I try to bring the viewer away from the elitism of the art world and into the wonderful mundanity of the real world.
